1. Independent Service Provider Clause

CAM HELP DESK LLC operates as a third-party, independent technical consultancy. We are strictly explicitly not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or third-party brands. This includes, but is not limited to: HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Ring, Arlo, Google Nest, Netgear, or Linksys.

Any use of third-party brand names, trademarks, or logos on our website or during service delivery is purely for informational and descriptive purposes to identify the hardware we service.

2. Service Execution & Limitations

By engaging with our Service, you acknowledge and agree to our operational models:

• Consultative Guidance: Our primary tier of support involves verbal, phone-based technical guidance and consulting.
• No Remote Access: For your privacy and security, we strictly prohibit our consultants from requesting or initiating remote desktop control or access to your local devices.
• Third-Party Dispatch: If physical hardware intervention is required, we facilitate the dispatch of independent, certified local contractors utilizing the Field Nation platform. We do not directly employ the on-site technicians but manage the work order and service delivery process on your behalf.

3. Billing & Refund Policy

Payment for consulting services and diagnostic audits is collected prior to or immediately following the consultation, per the agreed-upon plan. Regarding on-site technician dispatches:

• Dispatch fees and on-site labor costs are finalized before a technician is routed to your location.
• Non-Refundable Condition: Once a third-party technician arrives on-site at your designated address, the dispatch fee becomes strictly non-refundable, regardless of the ultimate resolution of the hardware issue, as the contractor's time and travel have been executed.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CAM HELP DESK LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
